How much does it cost to start?
Ownership starts around €15,000, giving you real property equity for a fraction of the cost of a villa.
Who takes care of the property?
GOCCE’s team manages everything—cleaning, maintenance, and concierge—so you simply arrive and enjoy.
What happens if I don’t use my time?
No problem. If you’re unable to enjoy your residence during your allocated time, the GOCCE team will rent it on your behalf and share the proceeds with you. This way, your ownership continues to generate value—even when you’re not there.
Why not just rent with Airbnb or hotels?
Renting is money spent. GOCCE builds equity you own—plus perks like a pool, onsite restaurant, and concierge services
Can my family use my time too?
Yes. Owners can share weeks with family or friends, making it a true lifestyle and legacy asset.
How many weeks can I use
Ownership is sold in 7-day blocks. You can buy up to 4 consecutive weeks or as many as 12 weeks a year.
Is this a timeshare?
No. GOCCE is deeded fractional ownership, which means you hold true equity that can be sold, transferred, or passed down.
